Tutu wins her second award

Tutu has won her second award since starting business in 2006. Earlier this month, the Habesha Business Association, an organisation that recognises Ethiopian businesses in the UK, awarded Tutu's Ethiopian Table their 2009 Innovative Business Award: "In recognition of your many outstanding achievements and contribution to the community through out the year." Naturally, Tutu is delighted to receive the award and to have her hard work acknowledged.

Tutu runs the Reading Half Marathon

On Sunday 29th March, Tutu took part in the Reading Half Marathon - for the second time! She beat last year's time by 7 minutes, taking 2 hours and 35 minutes to complete the 13 miles around Reading - a personal best! Tutu is delighted to have achieved this for herself and equally happy to have raised £380 so far for Amnesty International. Tutu's original target was £300 but thanks to many generous supporters, the total keeps rising. Tutu is very grateful to everyone who has sponsored her.
