Hi, I’m Tutu, the founder and owner of Tutu’s Ethiopian Table.
I was born and grew up in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, and am part of a large and happy family. In recent years I have been living and working in the in Reading, where I have many friends, and where I am proud to have developed a really successful Ethiopian food business.
Using the skills and traditions I learned from my homeland, I prepare a range of very popular Ethiopian dishes with flavours enhanced and adapted very slightly to suit the palates of my British friends and customers.
From the outset, my business has been motivated by my wish to invest back in Ethiopia, which I do though my charity, “Tutu’s Fund for the Future”.
